How do customers make purchases?
Once customers select products for purchase, Meta will redirect them from your shop to your website’s checkout page. Customers will need to go to either your existing checkout page or a dedicated one for this experience.
Can I see purchase metrics for my shop?
You’ll be able to track website purchases that are driven by customers visiting your shop. These metrics will be available in Ads Manager.
Can I sell subscription products?
We’re currently testing this feature in a limited release. We’ll let you know more as this feature becomes available.
Why do I need to use my own website checkout?
You’re able to fully control your checkout experience and offer more of your own branding, specific payment methods, loyalty programs and so on. You can process orders like you would any other order made on your website.
